Q How long will it take me to get a full split?
A This depends on whether it is front or side split and the current level of your flexibility, generally front split is achieved quicker than side split but the average person will be achieving both splits in as little as 6 months by simply following my easy guaranteed regime.
Q Am I too old to achieve a full split?
A No. You are never too old, their are proven case studies that people in their 80's that have improved their flexibility and strength with training, it is all just muscle and connective tissue, and it responds to training, age is really no barrier or excuse.
Q Do you have to be born flexible?
A We are all born flexible believe it or not, it is just our lack of use through range of motion that we lose it, and the good news for you is it can come back if you follow my program.
Q How do I know there is not some physiological problem that will prevent me from achieving a full split?
A I have been teaching flexibility conditioning for over twenty years now and I have not yet met anyone who has a desire to improve their flexibility and who has a physiological condition that prevents them from achieving a full split, I am sure they are out there, I just haven't meet them yet. What I am saying is they are very rare. You can Take the "Free splits test" to find out if you have the potential to achieve a full split.
Q I have injured myself at some time and I either think I have, or I know I have scar tissue, can I still achieve a full split?
A Yes you can still achieve a full split with practice. Unfortunately there are a lot of mistakes that can be made in stretching and they can manifest themselves as, no improvement or poor improvement in flexibility, or worse still they can cause injury. You can avoid this by following my regime that is proven and guaranteed to work.
Q How long does the routine take to do?
A The whole routine takes about 20 minutes, it's easy and it works.
Q How long before I will notice results?
A You will notice improvements from your first session.
